Scott Jacques/Crown Realty & Management

Crown Realty & Management is a full-service real estate company specializing  in professional property management services for more than three decades. They service all of the metro Atlanta area providing leasing, property management and lease purchase, as well as sales and acquisition investor services. Crown currently manages over 1,000 single family homes and townhomes, placing over 8,000 tenants. They are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the industry’s trade association which helps the public to identify the knowledge and experience of the managers in the marketplace. Their distinct position among their peers includes every designation offered by NARPM including the coveted Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) as well as the qualifying broker having a Master Property Manager (MPM) designation.

David Garrison/OFL Preservation

There is a growing need for property preservation in the real estate business due to the rapid increase of foreclosures in today’s market. For real estate companies, asset managers and property managers, it can be difficult, time consuming and expensive to find qualified service providers when looking for professionals to cover the broad range of their needs.

OFL Preservation is educated in HUD conveyance preparation, code violation abatement and conveyance condition management. They will ensure that all necessary work required by the regulatory guidelines for the loan type is complete and the property is in conveyance condition. If any work is needed to bring the property into conveyance condition, and can be completed within the published regulatory fee schedule, the work will be completed under this order. If the work cannot be completed for the published fee, an estimate will be provided to bring the property into conveyance condition.
